Delivery and Returns


Cut&Pin is only able to dispatch orders on working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday.

Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend - we are not an ASOS or Amazon :).

For example, if you place an Express order on Saturday your order will be dispatched from our warehouse on the next working day which is Monday. We do not ship on UK Bank Holidays. Although we might have a sneaky look at our emails, or Facebook / Instagram.

Please note:
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, either for UK or Rest of the World, we reserve the right to charge postage for the redelivery.

All orders are shipped using Hermes Tracked Service and you will be sent notification as soon as we ship.

Our standard UK delivery charge (excluding Channel Islands) is £2.95 and please allow 3-5 workings days.

Special requests can be made for UK Next Day delivery, orders must be received by 12 noon the day before, this is charged at £5.95.

International Delivery charges are set by our courier and on occasions may change due to area charge rates. All orders are tracked and will require a signature on receipt.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid for by the recipient of the goods. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot inform you of the costs you may incur.

International Tracked and Signed Service delivery times and costs:

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days - £12.95

Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days - £12.95


We are sure you will be happy with your order, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase we are able to process a refund for the items as long as we are notified within 14 days of you receiving the goods subject to the conditions set out below. 

To request a refund or exchange please email with your order reference number, the name of the items you would like to return and the reason for the refund/exchange.

We will provide you the returns address to send the item back to and we will then inspect the returns and we will inform you of whether the return/exchange has been approved.

If the refund is due to shipping error or damaged goods we will cover the cost of returning the item. In all other cases you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us.

Please note that items must be unused and returned in the original packaging.

Orders purchased with gift vouchers are refunded through voucher amount rather than cash.

Once a refund has been approved, you will receive the appropriate amount within 7 days of the item being received by us. For an exchange, you will receive the item in the normal delivery time.
